IMightNeedACall.org and its sister sites comprise a service intended to assist in communication between two people but it is not designed to be the only form of communication between them.

The service is new and is presented in "beta" form which is to say that while we have applied due dilligence to test and eliminate system bugs, we present the service knowing that there may be something we have missed.  We encourage users to let us know of problems with the site..

While we do our best to provide uninterrupted service at all times, it is understood that issues can arise such as power outages, storms and weather, vandalism, etc.  IMightNeedACall will endeavor to correct any and all such service related issues but we will not accept liability for any failed communication arising from them. 

IMightNeedACall is designed to be of assistance to people.  To protect that mission, IMightNeedACall reserves the right to suspend or end any account or participant at any time, especially in cases where we decide that someone has used the service to harrass another or for any illegal activity.

If a Client does not respond to our daily inquiries for ten days in a row, the Client's service will be suspended and we will send an email saying so to the Client's email address and to the Client's Respondent's email address.

The Client and / or the Respondent can permanently or temporarily stop or end their participation in the service any time.  We do ask that you let us know via your My Settings page so that we can inform your co-participant.  If you are a Respondent we ask that you let us know with a few days or more ahead of time so your ex-Client will have fime to recruit someone new.
